- What comes with my biryani order?
- Every Bannur Biryani order includes our signature mutton biryani in a mason jar, special dalcha (slow-cooked lentil curry), and fruit raita. You can also add our succulent mutton kebabs to your order.
- How long does delivery take?
- Since each biryani is fire-cooked fresh to order, delivery typically takes 60-90 minutes. We never rush perfection. Your order will arrive hot, aromatic, and worth the wait.
- Why mason jars?
- Mason jars are a Bangalore first for biryani. They showcase the beautiful layers of rice and Bannur mutton, keep the biryani perfectly intact during delivery, and are taste-sealed to preserve that first-moment aroma when you open it.
- Do you offer vegetarian options?
- Yes, we offer a vegetarian biryani option. However, our specialty and pride is the authentic Bannur mutton biryani — the hero of our kitchen and the reason we exist.
- What is your delivery area?
- We currently deliver within select areas of Bangalore. Message us on WhatsApp with your location, and we'll confirm if we can deliver to you while maintaining our quality standards.
- Can I order in bulk for events?
- Yes, we accept bulk orders with advance notice. Given our handcrafted, fire-cooked process, we require 24-48 hours for large orders. WhatsApp us to discuss your requirements.
- How do I reheat if needed?
- Your biryani arrives hot and ready to eat. If you must reheat, transfer to a pot, sprinkle a few drops of water, cover tightly, and warm on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Never microwave directly in the jar.
- What makes Bannur mutton special?
- Bannur sheep from Karnataka are heritage-breed, naturally raised, and known for exceptional tenderness and marbling. This is the gold standard for South Indian biryani — a flavor you won't find anywhere else.
